NexusAB Limited hereby states that it commits to complying with the CIF Code of Practice for our Scope of certification which covers our ESoR™, WSD™ and WSVS™ software products.
Our software is published in the English language and is available as a Software as a Service (SaaS) model for use worldwide. The software is developed in, sold and supported from the NexusAB offices in Aberdeen. All our customer data is held and / or processed in the UK.
NexusAB will restrict all data processing and storage to servers based in the UK unless a client specified an alternative arrangement.
NexusAB Limited has completed the Self-Certification against the 'Code of Practice for Cloud Service Providers' (The 'Code') of the Cloud Industry Forum ('CIF', at www.cloudindustryforum.org), which the mark above demonstrates. Clicking on this link will take you to the CIF website where supporting information for this Certification is available.
NexusAB Limited is committed to the Code. One of the main objectives of the Code is to help ensure disclosure of essential information so that consumers of Cloud Services can make better business decisions based on this information. A1.5. Third Party Coverage Transparency
NexusAB Limited accepts indirect responsibility for our suppliers as per Service Level Agreement and as per the Terms and Conditions of our Contract.
NexusAB Limited's hosting supplier accepts indirect responsibility to the organisations customers in that if NexusAB went out of business, the hosting supplier would be able to provide the organisation's customers data, as long as the contract is still in effect, however this would be a chargeable service as the hosting supplier's responsibility is to NexusAB, not the organisation's clients.
NexusAB Limited accepts responsibility to our customers, but do not accept indirect responsibility to customers of customers.

NexusAB Limited has completed the Consensus Assessments Initiative Questionnaire.
A1.7. Other Extended Commitments to Code of Practice Principles
NexusAB Limited further extends its commitments by way of complying with the ISO9001:2008 standard.

NexusAB aims to provide to our customers web solutions that are inter-operable and compatible with major browsers including Microsoft Internet Explorer. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple Safari.
